Message	Working 12 hour nightshifts with no days(nights) off (none, not even Labor day), AND getting 2/3's time for OT. As in, LESS pay for OT than regular time. Like working 90-odd hours a week and having a paycheck significantly less than than twice a regular paycheck..... Don't ask how I know this.
